The company has a sprawling factory at Bamangachi, 24-Pgs. (N), West Bengal for manufacturing rubber gaskets and different types of rubber sealing ring. The company is an ISO 9001-2000 certified. The principal raw material for manufacturing gaskets and rings are natural rubber. In order that there is continuous flow of raw material, the company is having a Rubber Garden at Agartala. The Garden is valued at present at Rs. 45.00 crores.

The company has diversified into another area of construction namely Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) at Paradip, Orissa with capacity of 650 Cu.m./day during the financial year 2011-12 which has within 6 months of commercial production has gobbled up a large chunk of the market in the face of intense competition.

With the success of this project, the Company is in the process of setting up another plant at Kujong, Orissa where a large number of projects with investments of thousands of crores of rupees are in the pipeline.
