Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) is a concrete, pre-mixed in designed proportions under strict quality control, and delivered to construction sites for ready use in construction elements and structures. When it is supplied at site, it is of desirable quality, freshly mixed, and meets the standard specifications. Transportation of RMC of the site is done in a transit mixer - a special purpose lorry, which has a revolving mixer to keep the mass within from solidifying.
The basic properties of RMC, depending upon the mix proportion, include:

Applications:
RMC is suitable for large construction projects like dams, canals, large housing/ commercial projects, industrial structures as well as small and medium projects. It can be used by even small one item consumers.
Our RMC Plant consists of equipment and facilities for receiving, storing, handling, proportioning, mixing and subsequent loading and delivery the ready mixed materials to a construction site.
Our RMC Plant consists of the following basic components:
- Areas covered or open for storing different grade of aggregates, cement, admixture etc.
- Batching equipment which includes storage buns/silos for different types of cement and other raw materials, weigh batchers for proportioning the cement, aggregates and other raw materials and equipment for storing and batching of water and chemical admixtures.
- Equipment for mixing of all the ingredients.
- Equipment for controlling and recording the batching and mixing devices.
To improve the product quality we provide the following facilities:
- Quality Control Laboratory.
- Transport vehicles for transporting concrete.
- Placement equipment like concrete pumps
