Paulmech Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and DC Paul Group Construction Pvt. Ltd. are jointly moving to make a World Class Resort “The Neelachal Ashok” in Puri, Orissa. It is just 5 minutes from Puri Railway Station by car. The nearest Airport is Bhubaneswar.
The total area of the resort is 5.5 acres and permissible area of the resort is 2,35,224 sq. ft.
The entrance will be in the North-West side of the resort beside a 50 ft. wide road. The resort will have a Porch type entrance, and the reception will be on the first floor. On the east side of the superior cottages there is the existing Neelachal Building. This building will be totally renovated keeping the original structure intact.
